SOLARIS – Germanium Fuzz / Boost
The Solaris is not a fuzz that shouts. It’s a fuzz that listens.
Built around a hand-biased germanium circuit, Solaris moves smoothly from subtle tone enhancement to warm overdrive and rich, organic fuzz, with exceptional cleanup controlled directly from the guitar’s volume knob.
At lower settings, it adds density, harmonics, and natural midrange without masking the character of the guitar or amp. Pushed further, it delivers a musical, textured fuzz that stays articulate and dynamic, never harsh or fizzy. It also works exceptionally well into an already driven gain stage or a saturated amp, adding sustain, texture, and complexity without turning the sound to mush.
The circuit uses an OC45 or OC602 SPEZ in Q1, while Q2 varies depending on the build—typically MP42, OC44, or other carefully selected germanium transistors—each choice subtly shaping the feel, response, and saturation.
Hand-built with premium components and meticulous wiring, Solaris is designed as an extension of the player and the amplifier.
Not the most extreme fuzz, just the one you leave on.

THIS PEDAL USES PNP GERMANIUM TRANSISTORS.
DO NOT CONNECT IT TO THE SAME CIRCUIT AS ANOTHER PEDAL.
REVERSING THE POLARITY CAN PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE TRANSISTORS.
